I going to diversify myself

As what my HR lecturer also mention in the class... Diversify yourself after 3 years of your job.

Yes, i going to do so. Work load increase and i am tried of doing it. Really cant finish. And i am the only one! Poor mi.

Time to move to another company.

Company get richer and workers getting poorer. So try out another company, meet new people.

So my next year goal - diversify myself after i graduate. Now my status is different, i am a degree holder. And i think my current position do not need a degree holder to do it. Going to tell my boss about it.
