Poor customer service - Dell is the worse

Yes, i am using a Dell laptop and i purchase through calling them to get their advise. 2 years old laptop, still ok, no major problem.

The problem is the customer service today is sucks.... Worse that i can imagine. In todays competitive market, how can you give such a service, like "ai mai ai mai" that kind. Really, you can get it from the customer service personnel tone of voice.

Looking for a laptop to bundle with our product. So i call Dell, HP, Fujitsu, Toshiba and Acer. This is the sequence that i called. And the first laptop brand that comes to my evoke set is Dell and HP. Cos i am using dell in office and HP at home.

I tell you can vomit blood with Dell customer service. Till now, i did not receive a call from Dell.

What for asking so many of my details and information and spent time looking into their database for my records? Asking this and here. HELLO i need it urgently and ask a few question about your laptop. That's all... Why make mi answer all those question which your sales can do that as i need to have a quotation.
Stupid process and they can say this is their standard kind of service. I Faint. Give up. Not calling them. Anyway, my boss ask his dell friends to give a quo le. Stupid and irritating services.

HP IS THE BEST... No matter what problem i have and i need anything, they will response to me VERY FAST and their quality of service is very very good. I think everyone agrees to that if they ever contact HP.

So the ranking that i have now is:

1) HP the no. 1
2) Toshiba
3) Fujitsu
4) Acer

No matter how cheap or afforable the price is... i will not have a Dell laptop ever again.!
